In recent years, Gieffe Sistemi has been enriched by a team of young graduates capable of developing projects from a simple purpose specification, or a preliminary study. Once the limits are determined and the targets are shared, it is possible to start the development of the 3D drawings, the possible drafting, the composition of the specification with material and commercial components, as well as the assembly drawings and cycles. As every choice in the design phase has an impact on the final cost and lead time, the team is extremely sensitive to the technological solutions to be adopted, by sharing costs and advantages with the customer.

Another important step followed by the team is the manufacturing of the prototype, for which is used the choice of external technological solutions and the modern internal machinery.
