COMPRESSION AND TRACTION TESTING
1 testing machine Quasar 200 Galdabini, for the certification of the mechanical properties of materials and for springs and shock absorbers.
MATERIALS AND TREATMENTS CERTIFICATION
Issuing of Certificate of Conformity complete with dossier with all the certifications of materials, treatments, dimensional reports, testing, etc., also (and preferably) in computerised storage mediums.
HYDRAULIC FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Test bench for testing in temperature up to 3 bar at 90 ° C (water fluid);
Test bench with PLC for programming pressure cycles up to 450 bar at 45 ° C and counterpressure issuing report (oil fluid);
Test bench in water up to 150 bar at room temperature (water fluid);
Flow measurement.
ELECTRICAL AND/OR MAGNETIC TESTING
Insulation resistance testing;
Continuity of supply testing;
